Delete your Meetbot account

You can request deletion of your Meetbot account and its associated data without installing the app or signing in here.

Request deletion by email

Send an email to support@meetbot.pro with the subject “Delete my Meetbot account.” Include the email address associated with your account. When possible, send the request from that address. We will verify your ownership before processing the request. Do not send passwords or verification codes.

Delete in the app

Open Settings, choose Account, then Delete account and confirm. This removes access and starts account-data deletion.

What happens to your data

Account deletion covers your profile and associated Meetbot content, including AI teammates, conversations, meetings, notes, actions, files and workspace data. Deletion can take time to complete across storage and service providers.

Limited information may remain in backups or be retained for security, billing, disputes, or legal obligations. Information already sent to connected services or other recipients is governed by their policies and cannot be recalled by deleting your Meetbot account.
